im back with a new project i just made for Simon says stamp and show.
Theme this week: Thru' the Looking Glass - Projects with Depth.
As i had a not used TH configurations box i thought to use it, as many of the DT members too...
I just took the biggest of the inside boxes to decorate.
I made it like a little piece of a living room. When you look inside there is the little boy riding the horse and the fireplace in the background.
The floor is green and the walls are covered with holly leaves paper.
Inside the box i glued some gift boxes and a christmas tree i decorated with green pearls as christmas balls and a small star brad as the topper.
The outside of the box i painted with gold acrylic color, then i used some crackle medium and after this white acrylic color. Now the box has this old look and its covered all around with Mod Podge. I then added a card stock cut out that says: Joy to the world. Its decorated with white acrylic color as snow.
At the end i made a bow with blue seem binding.
Hachz..ist die schön geworden und wo gibt es die kleinen Tannenbäume? Die fehlen noch in meiner Sammlung in allen Grössen (:o)

AntwortenLöschen@ Elly. Die Bäumchen gabs im Hellweg Baumarkt. Gabs in 3 Größen. Ich hab die schon ewig gesucht, weil Tim Holtz so ähnliche auch oft verwendet.
